What is the scientific basis of sleep debt leading to obesity?

If one is lacking the optimal amount of sleep, their leptin levels drop. Leptin is a blood protein that suppresses appetite and affects how the brain registers when the body is full. Also, sleep deprivation raises levels of grehlin, which is a substance that increases one's urge to eat. In short, if you sleep less number of hours, your leptin level falls, and grehlin goes up, resulting in overeating and weight gain.

What is the result of obesity on sleep loss?

Fat accumulation in the throat and neck cause obstruction of airways during sleep leading to poor oxygenation of the lungs. This causes pathological snoring called sleep apnea. You wake up several hundred times during the night. You have day time drowsiness, and again another night of disturbed sleep. This condition is called obstructive sleep apnea.


If so, the obstructive sleep apnea leads to more sleep debts, more stress, and more leptin and grehlin problems, more weight gain in a vicious cycle.

So what is the solution?

1. If you snore a lot, get yourself checked for obstructive sleep apnea.

2. Work on weight loss.

On the other hand, the kit for a vinyl pool includes things that cost a bit more, like the steel walls, framing, steps and the vinyl liner, but many pool builders prefer to install these vinyl pools because they are much quicker and easier to install.

         MTsN PAGU adalah sekalh kami yang menurut kami adlah sekolah yang cukup atau lumayan lah bagus banyak fasilitas yang menunjang untuk pendidikannya seperti laboratorium tiga(3) bahasa.


        Meskipun terkadang sedikit kecewa bagi alumni kami 2009/2010 yang tidak menikmati ruang baru yang baru saja selesai di bangun pada tahun 2010. Walaupun begitu MTsN PAGU tetap nomor satu bagi kami yang mendapatkan banyak penghargaan dan juara (PALING JARE NE NGUNU UG).
MTsN PAGOE sekolah yang dekat dengan pemandangan indah nan eksotis yaitu SAWAH DAN KEBONAN banyak alumni dari kami yaitu alumni 2009/2010 yang nuuuuuaaakal nduableg termasuk saya juga  tapi kadang kadang ja kok.Banyak yang merokok pada jam istirahat ataupun pulang sekolah pa lagi kalau bolos sekolah sering banget tetapi nggak papa anak biasa wajar anak ndableg wajar YANG PENTING NGGAK KURANG AJAR MBEK PAK MBOG , apalagi kalu berangkat sekolah selalu telat terutama anak anak laki lakinya 
        PASS LES  UN bichh hal yang sangt menyebalkan pada saat saya iokut les gurunya nggak ada tapi kalu saya nggak hadir gurunya hadir huft bete kan apalagi pass hujan cari tempat berteduh jadi kayak ayam sedang sakit yang mau mati aja sebenernya sih nggak apa-apa kan namanya juga ank sekolah harus belajar demi mendapatkan ilmu dari seorang guru yang mulia bagi para murid-muridnya (paling)

      PADA SAAT UN kemungkinan besar semua pelajar pasti kebingungan atau kwatir ''gimana ya kalu tdak bsa" ah itu biasa.Yang nggak biasa pass yang nunggu galak kyk singa kelaparan nggak enaknya pada saat ujian i hanya sulit cari turunannya aja kok pa lagi yang di turun i itu susah bich mumets poooll. Tapi ada serunya juga ternyata, pass UN saya satu ruangan sama orang yang say sukai hatipun gemetar nggak mandek mandek eg pie ki binggung au.Yang penting pada saat UN masuk setelah melewati UN hatipun terkadang senang karena sudah melwati masa-masa TEGANG itu trz tinggal kekawatirannya ja yang nunggu pengumuman kelulusan yang sangat-sangat membosankan karena di tunda-tunda kayak jadwal kereta api yang sering di tunda. sangat kawatir bangets.
nggak ada kepastian sama sekali pada saat itu hanya untrank untruk saja nggak ada tujuan yang pasti setelah hasil ujian di umumkan bangsa murid-murid mengerumininya walau kayak antri sembako aja tapi tenang saja nggak pakai takuran jare ndesooo.
Setelah berdesak-desak kan untuk melihat hasil UN yaaa hasil nggak semaksimal yang saya inginkan.
